Job Purpose
- Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to develop strategies and plans for branch channel development in each period;
- Evaluating and establishing branch model standards, designing solutions and tools to support network management and micro-markets;
- Managing and implementing the Network Development plan;
- Proposing solutions with in-depth expertise in the assigned field, aiming to deliver high value to stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Responsible for providing expertise in the assigned field to support network management and strategy development.
- Develop and update a system of regular and ad-hoc reports, including analyses to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and business benefits across various aspects.
- Develop effective network management tools across different cross-sections (by product, region, industry, customer, etc.).
- Calculate and measure the effectiveness of programs and projects.
- Evaluate and manage branch model standards, Hub/spoke coverage models, area models, and network distribution models.
- Develop business cases/FM models for implementation projects.
- Utilize professional tools to evaluate and assess the Unit's business models and propose network deployment plans.
Key Accountabilities (2)
- Fulfilling ad-hoc requests from the Center Director

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Banking, Foreign Trade, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience and knowledge in using software and applications for database system administration such as Oracle, MS SQL.
- Experience working in banks, financial institutions, supply chain systems, consulting and customer service fields...
- English proficiency: TOEIC 550
